Checklist for Website Usability

Speaking of usability, and I was, there is a great resource that I have to point people to: Test your Website: A 57-Point Checklist for Maximum Usability by Jessica Hupp.  It's a pretty comprehensive list, and after feeling physically ill after testing our existing website and noting we failed the majority of items, on the upside I'm feeling pretty confident that our website redesign is going in the right direction.  You know, it's resources like this that make me love teh interwebs.

Deep-link users? It was eye-opening to learn from a recent focus group that some users of our website could not orient themselves on our homepage (though most had no trouble there or deep-link). ouch - but good to know while redesigning the site. Thanks for this checklist.
