FeedBurner has some nice free services so use them please :)

I'm not sure if everyone knows this, in fact many library and librarian bloggers I've talked to recently said they don't know this, so I am going to put it out there again even though it's old news.

FeedBurner, the wonderful RSS feed and statistics site, announced over the summer (after being acquired by Google) that its premium services were now free. Those premium services include knowing the unique number of people who read your feed, the number of item views, and the nifty "MyBrand" FeedBurner service where you get to rebrand the FeedBurner feed with your own site's RSS URL.  It looks like they're doing with it what they did with Blogger: making more things open and free, and expanding options.  I do have to admit that I like that.

So...take advantage of this!  Use FeedBurner, make it your own, and track the usage of your site through RSS!  I am somewhat of a hypocrite here, since I haven't done so myself yet.  But, I promise I will.  So....you go do it too.  Okay? :)
