dumping the ol' org chart

I attended a SirsiDynix Institute webinar this morning: "Dump the Org. Chart: Get `Er Done!: Management for a 2.0 Library."  It was presented by Gina Millsap (Executive Director) and Rob Banks (Deputy Director of Operations), both from the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library

The entire presentation was very useful and inspiring.  You can listen to the archived presentation, which should be up in a day or two.  When one particular slide came up at the beginning of Millsap's portion of the presentation, I couldn't help but take a screenshot and, once again talking to myself, say "YES."

ooh, i tried to watch this from home, but stupid microsoft live meeting doesn't work with macs (at least, the audio part doesn't work, which makes a webinar rather useless)
