Seven Strategies for Marketing in a 2.0 World

A question that is facing all organizations right now is how to market our services to the right audiences, given the current technological environment.  Putting up fliers just ain't ding it anymore.  To that end, I suggest you read: Seven Strategies for Marketing in a 2.0 World by Darlene Fichter.  There are at least a couple of suggestions in this article that any library could implement quite easily; others might take more staff resources.  Fichter reiterates a lot of the suggestions I made in my Online Outreach presentation at least year's Internet Librarian conference.  I figure, the more times people hear something, the more likely they are to try it.
