Do you drive in California?
If you're a California driver, check out this mash-up of California traffic info: My California Traffic. You can zoom in to various highways and see the average speed of cars at any given time. Just choose your general area of the state, and then check off which highways you want to see info for, plus which direction (North/South, East/West). Voila, instant traffic info! There are some other good CA Traffic sites, including:
- CA Highway Patron Traffic Incident Reports
- 511.org (specifically for the Bay Area)
- Bay Area Traffic Map
found via Library Tourguide to Technology
