As 2006 dies, so does DOPA

As the 2006 year came to a close, so did the opportunity to pass DOPA, the Deleting Online Predators Act, through the Senate.  I had quite a bit to say about this when the bill initially passed the House.  You can read more about how the bill died at PBS TeacherSource's Learning.now blog by Andy Carvin in the post "DOPA Dies on the Vine."
