Tips for Boosting your Internet Speed

Chris Pirillo wrote recently about two services you can use to boost your internet speed for free: OpenDNS and FastCache.  Both have thousands of happy users, and seem relatively straightforward.  I've tried both independently, and then together.  I can definitely notice a difference when both are running.  Try one (or both) for a while and see if you notice a difference.
