A fun tool for library displays
Doing a music display? Or a musician or rock history display? Use the Vinyl Record Generator to create a record with any text you choose for the artist, song title, and producer. You even get to choose between a 45 and a 78 (which will mean something to all us old school folks who actually record players still in our homes). Here's one of my creations:

Well, it's not asking you to input any personal data, but it may be grabbing from your IP address perhaps. I have visited it regularly, and none of my spyware or adware detection software is catching anything, nor has anything new and nefarious popped up on my machine since I started using it. Thanks for the info though!

FYI: Looks like a cool tool, but when I visited the link, Microsoft's Phishing Filter Add-in (MSN Search Toolbar) alerted me that the site "contains characteristics that are typical of phishing websites."

Do you mean a "78" and a "45?" And does it put the yellow insert-thingy in the middle of the 45 so you can play it on your turntable?
