Answers.com natural language tool
Answers.com has launched natural language searching that can be used straight out of the query box. It is in beta, but seems to work fairly well from LiB's random testing. Here are my answers to the question: "Why do dogs bark?" Apparently, it's because they're lonely :(

That's cool!
We've been screen-scraping Answers.com to generate "serendipity" keyword suggestions in our OPAC for a while now: http://www.daveyp.com/blog/index.php/archives/63/
It looks like the new responses from Answers.com are done using Ajax, so you can access the raw XML ouput like this:

As soon as I get a spare 30 minutes, I'll update our script to query the new responses too :-)
