Yahoo Answers surges

Danny Sullivan has a great article on SearchEngineWatch about the success of Yahoo Answers.  It's getting used a lot, and he shows us how much and why.  There are some good tips in here, too, that may help you use Yahoo Answers as a reference tool for your users.
