Online Cool for Every Budget

Check out the Computers in Libraries article,  "Online Cool on a Budget,"  by Michael Stephens and Rachel Singer Gordon.  They list several free web tools that can help energize any library's website for free.  Just invest a wee bit of staff time, add a link to your library's existing website, and you're already looking cooler than 75% of your fellow libraries.
