David Lee King has listed several great articles on issues surrounding communication between the techs and the non-techs. No matter which side of the fence you fall on (or if you're stragically positioned right on the fence), you'll find these articles useful. Good things to review the next time you're going into a tech/non-tech meeting or planning on a tech training for non-tech staff.
