Second Life News
- The BBC has rented a virtual island in the Second Life online game so they can stage music festivals.
- In Second Life Library News, an introduction to the Second Life Library 2.0 is being held through OPAL on Wednesday, May 31, from 2:00-3:30 pm (CST). Speakers will include Greg Schwartz, Tom Peters, Lori Bell, Kelly Czarnecki, Jami Lynn Schwarzwalder, and other librarians involved in the project. No need to register: just go to http://67.19.231.218/v4/login.asp?r=67955673&p=0 when it's time for the event, enter your name, and you're good to go. The LiB will be there--will you?
