Podcasting Legal Guide

If your library is podcasting, there is a lot you should know.  I've posted a lot about podcasts over the last couple of years--check out some of my past posts with resources, guides, and tips.  One to add to the list: the Podcasting Legal Guide (42 pg PDF) from Colette Vogel and Mia Garlick.  Be forewarned: it only addresses U.S. legal issues.  There is also a podcasting legal guide wiki.
