Bibliomysteries

If you work in a library and you read (and I hope you do), check out the Bibliomysteries site: an index of mystery books with libraries, librarians, books, writers, and archives as central themes.  The Library and Information Science Library at UIUC has (or at least had 4 years ago) a physical collection like this, though I couldn't find mention of it on their webpage.
