The people of Internet Librarian

I have met a lot of very neat new bloggers here at Internet Librarian, including Steve Lawson from Colorado College (he has a blog too, cleverly named See Also).  I also got to meet for the first time in-person David King (dave’s blog), Elizabeth Lane Lawley (mamamusings), Andrea Mercado (Library Techtonics), Sherri Vokey (schwagbag), Michael Porter (Library Man), Stephen Abram (Stephen's Lighthouse--this man is intelligent, intense, and knocked my socks off), and Miss Jessamyn West (librarian.net, talk about hero worship…whoa).  And of course the talented cadre I’ve met before this conference: Michael Sauers (Travelin’ Librarian), Jenny Levine (Shifted Librarian), Aaron Schmidt (walking paper), Michael Stephens (Tame the Web), Steven Cohen (Library Stuff), Eli Edwards (Confessions of a Mad Librarian), Karen Coombs (Library Web Chic), the list goes on and on and on.  There were some bloggers that I know were here but did not have the privilege to meet.  I met a lot of non-bloggers as well, some from my own area and some from other places.  So many great people all in once place…and what a great conference…yet again, it has proven itself to be the best conference I attend all year.
