Design for Webmasters w/o Design Backgrounds
I feel very fortunate that I have a modicum of graphic design experience, which helps me every day in my duties as webmistress. But many (if not most) library webmasters do not have a graphic design background. You get the techie background usually, but the graphic background is much harder to come by.
