Pixsy

A new image search has reared its cute little head.  Pixsy specializes in finding photos on "blogs, moblogs, social networks, and other sites that have unique content."  I ran a few test searches, and their claim appears to be reasonably true.  I especially appreciate that they note at the top of the results pages: "You must obtain permission from the owner to use any material."  I can't tell you how many librarians I've had to talk to about copyright and Google Image Search.  Gary also reviews the site on SearchEngineWatch.
