Open Source Beer

Students at IT University of Copenhagen have produced what they claim is the first open-source beer.  The beer is reportedly pretty regular in taste and brewing technique, but includes guarana, a South American stimulant.  The recipe and brand of their beer is published under a Creative Commons license, and if people make money selling the beer, they ask for credit and that any changes made to the recipe be published under a similar license.
