Some intelligent responses in LJ to Gormangate

Well, it took long enough, but two LJ pieces and a number of letters to the editor address Gormangate with a bit more thought than the earlier piece did.

Editorial by Francine Fialkoff:

I'm still ashamed of Gorman, and a bit disappointed in LJ's semi-apologetic piece (the Fialkoff editorial).  Even though Fialkoff says that Gorman was only "partly wrong," she never, in her piece explains why that's only "partly."  I would say he's "entirely wrong," based on what happened and on what she reported in her piece.

Thanks to Bernie Sloan for pointing these out on the Web4Lib listserv
