Fast Forward with Ads

Tivo has added a new "feature."  (aside: is it me or has "feature" become a dirty word?)  When you fast-forward through commercials on your TiVo, it will show you banner ads.  In other words, if you're trying to skip the ads, you see other ads.  Sneaky buggers.
