Free Cliff's Notes! Noooooo!
All Cliff's Notes are now available for free online. Wow. You can download them for $5.99, but hey--just print of copy/paste the online full text into a Word doc. This would be a good resource to point students to when all the library's copies are checked out (as always seems to happen). That is, if you have made your peace with Cliff's Notes, which I have not, as of yet. There's something just "cheating" about them, and honestly, sometimes they're wrong. I remember my Jr. year English teacher catching a fellow student on a quiz as having used the Cliff's Notes. Apparently, she had read them also, and noted one of the mistakes and asked about that wrong information to catch folks. She was very clever ;)

Please look at my previous tips for how to search for notes: See if the Cliffs Notes site has it: http://www.cliffsnotes.com/WileyCDA/Section/id-106145.html If they don't, you may want to check SparkNotes: http://www.sparknotes.com/lit/ If you don't find what you need on Cliffs Notes or Spark Notes, try searching in a search engine like Yahoo! or Ask.com for "x summary" where x is the title of your book. That will often yield something. If that doesn't work, you can also check with your local library. They have printed resources that often include books these don't have.

Hi there. I was looking for someone else's ideas on the happenings and meanings of this book. I am constructing an essay portraying the differences between the way different people perceive the book. I figured getting someone's notes of the book would be of great help.
